Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This policy explains what Lead Gen AI Systems ("we," "us") collects through leadgenaisystems.com and how it's used. It doesn't cover data handled by third-party services we link out to (like Calendly) — those are governed by their own privacy policies.
What we collect
This website has no accounts or payment processing on it, and no sign-up forms apart from the free Email Finder, which has its own section below. We receive information in three ways:
- Email correspondence — if you email [email protected], we keep that message and your email address to respond and for our own business records.
- Scheduling data — if you click "Book a Call," you're taken to Calendly to book directly. Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling details under its own privacy policy, not ours. The booking link tells Calendly which page of this site you came from, so we can see which pages lead to calls.
- Website visitor identification — this site uses RB2B, a website visitor identification service. When you visit, RB2B's script records your visit (pages viewed, time of visit, and browser, device and network details) and may set cookies. It also sends your IP address to ip-api.com, a location lookup service, to estimate your approximate location. For visitors in the United States, RB2B may match the visit to a business profile, such as your name, job title, company, LinkedIn profile and business email; for this its script may also load an identity service from LiveIntent (liadm.com), which RB2B lists among its dependencies. For other visitors it identifies the company at most. Visitors in Europe (including the UK) are asked first with a cookie banner, and RB2B only runs for them after they click Accept All. Anyone can turn it off at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or with the opt-out links below. Each cookie RB2B sets is listed in our Cookie Policy.
In RB2B's words: when you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting app.retention.com/optout. You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
If we add other analytics, cookies, or a contact form, this page will be updated to reflect exactly what's added.
Email Finder
The free Email Finder at /tools/email-finder/ works differently from the rest of the site, so it has its own section. Leaving your email is switched off for now, so the parts about your email don’t apply at the moment.
- What you type — the name and company domain you search for, and, if you choose to leave them, your own first name and email.
- What we keep — your searches, for 30 days, then they are deleted. If you leave your email, we also keep that address, your first name, the city, country and time zone our network provider estimates from your connection, how you reached the page (the site you came from and any campaign tags in the link), and the searches you ran on the page, for 90 days. The email you leave is checked with your own mail server the same way (no email is sent), and an address the mail server refuses is kept 30 days, then deleted. We never store your IP address. We keep a one-way scrambled version of it, reset every day, to count free searches, slow down floods, and link your searches to the email you leave.
- Where it goes — our CRM and our team's chat, so we can follow up. The Email Finder's own copy is deleted after 90 days (your searches after 30). The copy in our CRM and team chat stays until you ask us to remove it. It is not sold and not shared for anyone else's marketing.
- The person you search for gets no email from us. We only ask their company's mail server whether the address exists.
- Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the page to tell people from bots. It is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Removal — to have your details removed, email [email protected].
Why we have it
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, schedule and run calls, manage business correspondence, and understand which businesses are interested in our services, which may include contacting them by email about those services. We don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who else sees it
Service providers that support this site and business operations may process limited data as part of delivering their service to us:
- Calendly — scheduling, when you book a call
- Google Workspace — email hosting for our business inbox
- RB2B (operated by Retention.com) — website visitor identification
- ip-api.com — location lookup from your IP address, called by RB2B's script
- LiveIntent (
liadm.com) — identity service that RB2B's script may use for visitors in the United States (opt out at privacy.liveintent.com) - Vercel — website hosting
- Cloudflare — DNS and network routing for the domain; also hosts the Email Finder's code and storage and runs its bot check
- GoHighLevel — our CRM, where the name and email you leave in the Email Finder are added
- Slack — our team chat, where the same details are posted so we can follow up
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
How long we keep it
Business correspondence is retained as long as reasonably necessary for our records, generally no longer than a few years, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting purposes.
The Email Finder's own copy of your details is deleted after 90 days, and your searches after 30. The copy in our CRM and team chat stays until you ask us to remove it (see "Your rights").
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time. To opt out of visitor identification, use the RB2B links in "What we collect" above.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and our services are directed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or business changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
